Dani McGlone
Principal Rehabilitation Counsellor
Dani is a Rehabilitation Counsellor (RC) with 18 years’ experience working with people experiencing illness, injury and disability in a range of settings, including not for profit community-based organisations working with DES and Jobactive clients, the education sector and occupational rehabilitation/ habilitation, before starting her own rehabilitation counselling practice in 2020. Dani has significant experience in providing services for people with serious and catastrophic disability, including case management and vocational rehabilitation.
Dani is a registered case manager/support coordinator with:
- National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (“NIISQ”, QLD)
- Icare Lifetime Care (“Icare, NSW)
- Transport Accident Commission (“TAC”, VIC)
Dani holds a Master’s degree in Human Services (Rehabilitation Counselling) together with Graduate Diploma of Education and a Bachelor of Asian Studies

Justine Lawson
Rehabilitation Counsellor
Justine is a Rehabilitation Counsellor with 20 years’ experience delivering career development and vocational support to individuals facing complex and multiple barriers to employment. With a strong background across Workforce Australia, education, and vocational rehabilitation settings, Justine specialises in supporting individuals to identify strengths, build capability, and progress toward sustainable employment outcomes.
Justine has demonstrated expertise in providing personalised career guidance, facilitating employability programs, and working collaboratively with employers, community organisations, and other allied health professionals to create meaningful employment pathways. Her approach is grounded in strengths-based, inclusive practice, underpinned by a solid understanding of labour market dynamics and compliance frameworks.
Justine also has extensive experience in case management/support coordination, managing teams of other allied health professionals and service providers for participants and clients.
Justine holds a Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling together with a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology).

David Perrin
Business Support Manager
David is responsible for overseeing our back-end processes, including general administration and management.
David’s tasks include staff onboarding, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts, government compliance and service provider agreements.
David frees-up our Masters qualified Rehabilitation Counsellors to do what they do best: provide top-level, personalised service to our participants!
David holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Management.
